Will I receive a proof of my design?
Check email or phone frequently for proofs to avoid a delay in printing.You will be sent a proof of all designs before printing to confirm that you like the design. Once you approve the design changes can’t be made. All designs come with 2 additional designs if changes are needed after that it’s $5 to make changes.
How many colors come with my order?
All orders come with two base colors and one other color for decoration (example red apple, yellow straw) All items are sold by the dozen with the exceptions of very few items sold by the half dozen. Additional colors and décor for treats is an additional cost and can be discussed at booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No order will be processed without a deposit of half. Your order will be canceled after 1 hour if payment is not received once your booking has been approved. Deposit must be paid through my website unless other methods of payment have been discussed. All orders must be paid in full 1 week before the pickup date. All treat tables must be paid 2 weeks before the event. A 6.75% sales tax fee is applied to every order.
Do I sign a rental agreement?
When renting an item a rental agreement must be signed.
Can I place an order within the same week?
$30 rush fee for same week orders.
Where do I pickup my order?
A pickup location will be sent out a day before pickup. No, I do not travel to you to deliver your order unless you paid for delivery. Delivery in Greensboro is $10. You must pick up at the pickup location.
If you are late there is a $5 fee. Shipping fee depends on order.
